Panic Crafting...

Last night I was panic crafting.

I always worry with a new event...have we done enough/too much?

Will they all laugh at our amateur set up?

Not sure if these velvet twirls will be 'Love Buds' or 'Panic Buttons'...we'll see.

My Granny Angels were also stressing.

They didn't get much attention at our last market

so to raise their spirits I gave them all a 

Magic Wand of Self Belief

and some new granny slippers.

Thank you  Woolly Dog for the reminder (she's looking for a size 6 so please

keep an eye out for her)

We are now all feeling much happier

and ready to face the world with self confidence and warm feet.

It's beginning...

to look a lot like 

toy land...the house is slowly filling up

in readiness for our next market.

We were pleased to be offered a space at Johnny loves June

next Saturday so do pop in if you're local.

What to take? What to make?

These stags were popular last year

so I've wallpapered a few more

and the ducks always fly...

so I've been busy

trying to guess the trends...

I have a soft spot for these guys as they were my first proper employer.

(the books not the biscuits!)

I hope I've got the balance right...

I'm also pleased to report

that pipe insulation

can be persuaded to form a wreath

should you feel the need.

Welcome to my woolly woodland.

 I have been working very hard...

propagating pincushions for pixies...

while the fairies have been away.

It's all go...

and time is marching on...

It's quarter past November already

as Jenny Custard would say.

I've been going like the clappers.

 I wonder if these guys are available?

With a few Christmas markets creeping up I need to practice my displays,

last Saturday was chaos... 

That's me in a tizzy...how come everything else is in focus?

We have been trading as 'Something More Exciting' for long enough,
we should have got the hang of it by now.

I must organise my baubles.

I must select my Head Santa ...

Dodgy?

Scary?

Happy?

or Grumpy?

I must book the office party...

make more gifts...

and deal with the ladybird infestation.

Don't worry, no healthy ladybirds were harmed,

only the spineless got the chop.
